Having thrived in both start-up and Fortune 500 corporate environments, Britanee Pelikan knows what it takes to attract, acquire and retain top talent. She is passionate about connecting people and dedicated to helping others. Consider her the friend who asks the tough questions and pushes you outside your comfort zone because she sees your potential.

After a sizable reduction in force at a local organization, Britanee held weekly office hours at a local coffee shop to assist her colleagues with resume writing and job interview preparation. She leveraged her network to support her colleagues in transitioning to new opportunities, which inspired the creation of a recruiting firm that goes beyond today’s conventional methods – one built on long-lasting, trusted relationships.

She is a highly sought after executive coach and speaker. She has studied Business Management at Gustavus Adolphus College and holds an M.B.A. from St. Thomas University. Britanee and her husband live in Shakopee, MN with their two daughters.
